Becoming a certified Go For Glass mentor will not just be about proving you know the material; it means demonstrating that you can teach it ethically, effectively, and with a student-growth mindset. This path is designed to give structure and emphasize your skill, transparency, and accountability. This program will be as effective as the amount of work you put into it.
How it works: Our program, as you probably already know, is broken into three tiers. Our first tier, ‘Volunteer’, is meant to set you up with strong foundations. Here, you learn what it means to mentor with purpose.
Our program builds accountability and helps both students and educators identify who is ready to guide them with the care and credibility needed to succeed. Whether you're a new volunteer or an experienced mentor, our certification path ensures you’re recognized not just for what you know, but for how well you uplift those who learn from you.
