The framework below is an amalgamation of RADPAC, negotiation theory, and a little bit of the STAR interview method. Much like the RAT framework, I developed this basic structure for myself because I kept being assigned to partner projects in college. Additionally like the RAT framework, this is meant to be a jumping-off point. Each group will want to tweak it and adapt it to fit their situations.

Smart Cop/Suave Cop is a framework for partner projects. It operates with a two-role system, and seeks to have an equitable division of responsibilities.
